Enrollment and Paperwork Questions

Start with a tour, then complete our enrollment packet, bring your child's immunization record and doctor-signed health statement, and choose a start date. Most families complete all four steps within a week.

Texas requires a current, age-appropriate immunization record and a health statement signed by a licensed physician. We also collect emergency contacts and a written authorized pickup list.

Bring your doctor's food allergy emergency care plan at enrollment. We keep it on file and staff follow it at every meal and snack. This is required by state rules and it is how a serious reaction gets prevented.

Availability changes by age group because state ratios limit how many children we can serve in each room. Infant spots fill fastest. Call and we will tell you what is open today and note your details if we are full.

Yes. We schedule a short meet-the-teacher visit before the first day so the classroom feels familiar instead of brand new. It makes a real difference for toddlers especially.

A change of clothes, and for younger children, diapers, wipes, and any comfort item that helps at nap time. Meals are provided, so no lunchbox needed.

Yes. We enroll year round whenever a spot is available in your child's age group.
